30-Day Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different color or style? We offer easy exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided your shades meet the same condition requirements as our returns.

How to Start a Return

  1. Please email our team at info@dzshades.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship your item back securely in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
